Esperto in Comunicazione e Relazioni istituzionali, è direttore di Supercom, società di business relations che opera al servizio di istituzioni e imprese.
Nel 2001 ha fondato Key4biz, il quotidiano online sull’economia digitale e la cultura del futuro, di cui è direttore responsabile.
È autore de L’Antenna promessa, ERI-Edizioni Rai (1984), Le dinamiche del broadcasting, Edizioni RAI (1988), L’Europa delle televisioni, Il Mulino, Bologna (ed. 1989 e 1992).
