NOW Italia S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as “NOW Italia” or the “Company”), pursuant to Art. 13, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “EU Regulation”), wishes to inform you that, to proceed with your request to register for our event Cybersec2022, the Company needs to process the personal data you provided by completing the registration form (hereinafter referred to as the “Form”) present on the website https://www.energiaitalia2022.it (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The personal data processed by NOW Italia are exclusively those you provided upon completion of the Form, and namely your first name and surname, email address, company name and company role, as well as your areas of expertise. Your personal data will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:

The Data Controller will retain your personal data for a period not longer than that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed. As it is not possible to determine the exact storage period, NOW Italia undertakes from now on to base the processing of your personal data on the principles of adequacy, relevance and minimisation of the data, as required by the EU Regulation, by checking annually the need for their storage. This is without prejudice to the case in which we will need to retain such data in order to comply with regulatory obligations, or to ascertain, exercise or defend our rights in court.
